My strength training program will enable you to lose those unwanted pounds and inches all while gaining muscle and definition.  You will improve your overall health and appearance.  My unique approach starts with a personal assessment that includes your medical history, physical measurements of body fat, weight, muscle strength, stability, muscle imbalances, posture and flexibility as well as a detailed description of your food cravings, water intake, food consumption, current activity level and a thorough evaluation of your goals.  I will then personalize your training needs based on your individual body type and lifestyle and will help you transform both your body and your mind.

Let’s face it, most trainers just watch you exercise.  If you want to achieve real, long lasting results, you must do more than exercise your body.  You need to exercise your mind as well.  With my program, you will change your perceptions and attitude about exercise, fitness, nutrition, and health.  I will show you correct physical exercise techniques and inspire you to exercise with determination and maintain motivation.  Breaking bad habits is one of the most challenging things that one can face.  Together, we will replace bad habits with good ones.  You will develop habits that will uplift you through fitness and good health.   

Training and seeing results is my passion so whether you prefer the flexibility of sessions in your home, in the gym and/or with a friend, I will tailor a program that optimizes your ability to see results and fits within your budget.  I won’t just show you how to do an exercise, I will help you set goals and reach them.


Sean Hayden My name is Sean Hayden. For the past five years, I have been improving the lives of many dedicated Chicago residents.  While I am selective about the clients that I accept into my training program, my commitment to you is not dictated by a clock.  I take pride in my follow-up with clients, regular check-ins and continuous efforts of positive reinforcement.  Whether your goals are short or long term, I will work with you to develop a program that takes place in an environment you are most comfortable in whether it be your home, office, gym or small group setting based on your time and budget constraints.  Weight loss and training ultimately results in a lifestyle change and while you are responsible for achieving the results, I know and respect the fact that it takes an enormous amount of discipline and determination.  It is that respect that drives me to create workouts that are tailored for results based on your personal preferences but remain fun, challenging, and a bit different each time.

I utilize all kinds of equipment & training techniques to help you keep progressing for maximal results as quickly as safely possible. I also keep the workouts fun, frequently changing them up so you stay motivated and don’t get bored doing the same stuff over and over again. Remember, you should always leave a training session feeling great.  I can utilize almost any tool or activity to get you a great workout. Ideally speaking, free weights, Swiss balls, cables, performing full body movements will get you the best results in the shortest time
